I don’t have unsliced bread often, but I’m hoping to make more bread so I needed a slicing guide.I love that it’s got a crumb catcher because that’s easily the worst part of slicing bread.It’s easy to put together and it’s really adjustable… like I used it to slice dinner rolls because I wanted to try it out. You can change it to suit the width of your loaf in a snap!It’s definitely a nice kitchen tool and the packaging is really nice… it’d make a great housewarming gift.

Just got this today, so can’t say about cleaning. Is very sturdy, attractive, love that it’s easy to assemble and disassemble. I have a tiny house and like that it’s space-friendly. I am making bread to try it out. I’ve used similar slicers in past and like that you have three sizes of slice width to choose from-you put the bread in the area with that size. The sellers are great-packaging very sturdy and attractive (think gift giving),it arrived quickly, and they follow up with little e-cookbooks, money back guarantee, and contact info. I don’t see how it’s “foldable” though. Its three pieces that fit into the base, secured by the back piece. You have to remove the back, then the sides but it’s still easy.

The only thing I like about this Bread Slicer is that is made with Bamboo. It is difficult to assemble, does not allow knife to slice through completely to the bottom of the bread. For me it does not do the job, I would not ever consider buying this slicerDo not buy this slicer! I am using it now trying to adjust the slice size, I can not get the separator apart. I wish i could return this!!I received this Oct 2019, I want to return this slicer!!!

If you bake bread at home, you need it. Like now. The most difficult aspect of baking bread is in fact not baking but slicing it evenly without having a flood of breadcrumbs around you. This bread slicer apparatus takes care of the crumbs and the grooves help guide in getting even slices. Probably the best thing since sliced bread!

I love my bread. I love baking it and I love buying it fresh from bakeries. The only problem is cutting it. My slices usually come out lopsided and crooked (which means both extra calories and wasted bread….). But then I came across this bread slicer on Amazon which seemed to solve the problem and didn’t cost too much, so I figured I’d give it a shot.Opening the bread slicer was a nice surprise. Instead of a flimsy, cheap product, it’s a sturdy, nice looking product that works really well and is easy to store in between uses.As you can see in the video below, it’s easy to assemble, easy to clean, and doubles as a nice serving tray. And it makes slicing bread so much easier with perfect slices each time! (just make sure you have a long sharp knife and cut in straight lines so as not to damage the wood). The slicer allows you to cut thin or thick slices (or a combination of both), and is made of bamboo which is durable and long lasting.So if you love homemade bread and are looking for something to help you easily cut even slices each time, this is a wonderful solution and if you ask me (considering how nicely it comes packaged), it makes a perfect present to give any bread lover.
